I am a Lead Economist at the Research and Innovation for Social and Economic Inclusion (RISEI) Lab at Northwestern University. I am also a Lecturer for the Master's of Science in Social and Economic Policy (MSSEP) at the School of Education and Social Policy. 

I am an applied microeconomist focusing on labor economics, health economics, demography, and gender. I received my PhD in Economics at American University with a dissertation on labor and health inequities by race and gender. 

Previously, I worked at Brookings Institution, World Bank, and nonprofit organizations. I received an MA in Economics from Georgetown University and a BA in Economics and Mathematics from Emory University.
